Today was a great day! It was filled with diagnostic testing, lunch and playtime outside, and the honoring of our FIRST ALL-STAR Student. To be picked as an ALL-STAR Student, a student must be nominated by a fellow student. The nominating student must fill out a form and leave the paper in our ALL-STAR box. A nomination form will be chosen each Friday and the chosen student will be honored.
This week, our ALL-STAR student is Derrick Watkins. He was nominated by Kara Mize because "he listens, he pays attention, and he shares." Kara mentioned that he was more than willing to help her and loan her something this week.
It is our hope that all of our students can be honored as ALL-STAR students and that we can encourage our students to be and look for good citizens.
